- A brief description of the damage
- Photos of the affected area
- (Optional) Proof of purchase or serial number
Step 3: Our service team will check your case 24/7 and inform you of the next steps – completely uncomplicated.
Note on Flight Damage
If your suitcase has been damaged by an airline, we recommend that you first submit a complaint there. Should the result not be satisfactory, we will gladly take over and handle your repair request directly with ALEON.
